Rooms are very large and come with a soaker jet tub and shower. In a burgeoning and hip area, and only about 15 minutes walk into the old area of Quebec City. If you're a choice card member you get a food voucher which can cover a basic back breakfast, which is nice.

Toiletries we're not replaced daily. Towels were one each for guests. This isn't sufficient for most women who need more when washing their hair. Pleasant staff who were helpful and accommodating. Rooms spacious, clean and we'll appointed.

Clean simple. Great staff. Fournitures are different depending on the room. The view is terrible. The location is great close to great bar.

The rooms are average and the AC doesn't work in some rooms... Way too expensive considering the quality of the rooms in my opinion. This hotel isn't the best but it sure is convenient for the only fact that it's downtown.

Good location, that's about it. Had to switch rooms because the heating didn't work. Second room was too warm and air conditioning was weak. Old carpets, drab wallpaper, cheap small shower, no exhaust fan (so the bathroom smells) in bathroom and no tub... They only have 6 parking spots, the WiFi is weak. Came here for work, but I'll be telling my employer not to send us here again. Nothing against the staff, what can they do.
