Not great. On the positive side- staff is very nice and flexible (let us check out later with no troubles). Also, the murphy bed was amazingly comfortable and the location is great.
That's about it.
Negatives?
City view room? More like neighboring building view. Street noise; Remote controls for TVs don't work; curtains half torn; ridiculously low ceilings; lamps don't work; 15$ breakfast for some fruit, a coffee and a pastry; chlorine smell in the patio; 60s feel? Check, if you like it you earned.

Nice and quiet hotel. Staff very helpful for tourists. Rooms very nice and clean, love the pool/garden area. We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute. The Steakhouse restaurant in the hotel has amazing food, THE best eggs Benedict I've ever had and great steak. We will hopefully come back here in the future!

Room was clean. Wish the mini fridge was bigger. The pool was too cold for my liking. spent one night on the pull out couch with my young kids... All of our backs hurt. Definitely would have appreciated better quality. The bed was very comfortable tho :)

The hotel has a great location, a few steps away from the Old Quebec. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. The gym is okay although it could be a bit bigger. Staff is friendly. Supper at the hotel restaurant was okay but pricey for the size of the plates. Avoid the breakfast buffet. We thought the food was dry, too salty and quite plain. Not worth $16.50 per person. Maybe the menu À la carte is better but unfortunately we will not go back to the restaurant, especially that the hotel is close to some great restaurants in the Old City.

Located in the heart of old Quebec, lots of activities, stores around. Bus stop in front. Public parking below the hotel. I visited the basic rooms which are nice and simple. Some rooms have a balcony which overlooks an indoor pool below, very nice! The service seems great, I visited for a potential hotel for our company Christmas party, the person showing us around was professional and polite etc.
