It was a decent hotel. The pool was down the week we were there. The doorman who greeted us seemed like he was having a bad day. I was there for a major conference with more than 100 participants and he knew nothing about the group or how to direct us. He also didn't try to help us find out and he didn't want to park the car vallet. He just seemed like he didn't like his job. The hotel was clean and well located. The food they served was pretty good. I would consider going back.

For the price I was expecting a better experience. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant in the lobby was great. Our room, however, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom was run down and we heard a loud noise every time the neighboring room turned on their hot water. The floor never was clean despite the fact we requested room service every day. Also, the beds were not very comfortable. But we had a beautiful view of the city and the location was great for walking most places.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago in May. It was perfect for what we were looking for. It is close to all of the major attractions just as long as you like to walk, which my boyfriend and I love. We reserved a room with a single queen-sized bed. The living area was spacious and allowed my boyfriend and I to watch our personal TV shows on the internet before we went to bed, making it feel like home. The bathroom was a little smaller than what I am used to at major hotels, but it was clean. The staff members that I spoke to were kind and courteous. Also, the parking underneath the building is super convenient!

Pretty decent hotel! The bed was comfy. The room was a little dated in areas, but seemingly clean. It was about 15 to 20 minute walk to downtown, but it was a straight shot. The Ciel restaurant was pretty cool and the food was decent. I would stay here again.

A lovely Hotel in the heart of Quebec City. Nicely appointed and close to many beautiful parts of the city, good restaurants are located within walking distance. The pool and fitness center were closed for some kind of emergency repairs, but the weather was beautiful and an outdoor workout was preferable anyway. We didn't eat at either of the on site restaurants, but the menus looked good. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Though I wish we'd have had more time to fully give the place a shakedown, I'd stay here again without a second thought.
