Great hotel. Friendly staff - clean, well maintained rooms. Parking suitably convenient for an old-city location. Lounge and lounge amenities were terrific!

It was beyond my expectations! Everyone was very friendly and most helpful with any requests we may have had. What an outstanding hotel. It is located in the heart of the old city, with a parking garage within one half block. We parked the car and did not use for the remainder of our stay. Their are great restaurants within a very short walking distance. Hopefully, we will return to Quebec and when we do, we will book the Hotel du Vieux Quebec!

It is located in the heart of the old city, with a parking garage within one half block. We parked the car and did not use for the remainder of our stay. Their are great restaurants within a very short walking distance. Hopefully, we will return to Quebec and when we do, we will book the Hotel du Vieux Quebec!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and offering suggestions and making us feel right at home! If you book through the hotel itself, you get a very special picnic basket at your door every morning containing fresh-made croissant and pastries, juices excetera.. there's a lovely lounge off of the lobby where guests can play games, and enjoy a cappuccino or espresso that Rivals any coffee shop!

A great hotel and very reasonably priced. Nice, updated rooms, very clean and comfortable beds, love the breakfast basket each morning, fresh vegetables and fruit available in the lounge each day. We really loved this hotel and did not want to leave. The staff is extremely helpful. Not to mention the hotel is located right in the heart of Old Quebec--in the middle of everything. We also loved how sustainable the hotel was--they have a garden on their rooftop and use the veggies grown there in the restaurant that's attached. If we ever come back, this is where we are staying.

We have been to this hotel several times; each time is a reminder of how extraordinary it is. Staff are friendly and bilingual. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a lovely lounge on the ground floor with board games, a huge selection of movies to take to your room, coffee, fresh fruit and vegetables, computer access, and comfy seating. Breakfast in the morning is delivered in a basket to your door and consists of: pastries, jam, cheese, yogurt, and juice. Location is exactly where you want to be in the lovely setting of old Quebec. Plenty of shopping and authentic dining just steps from the hotel. Overall excellent value and recommended to all.
