The hotel is clean and some suites have been renovated - not all of them. I went to this hotel at least 6 times in the last 2 months and the staff is always polite and welcoming. Pets are allowed too!
The price is good and the rooms/suites are wide. There is no on-site restaurant, but there's a Normandin restaurant and a St-Hubert that are very close and offer delivery. The only issue I had were the mattresses. I stayed in all kind of suites they have and couldn't sleep because the mattress was not comfortable. Finally it is only in the urbania room where pets are allowed (1st floor) that I could sleep well.

It is 15 minutes from the city (including old port) and has good amenities nearby. Parking and breakfast were included and there was a fitness center too. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel for the price / location. Ideal if you have a car. We were able to drive into the old city and Park. Only a 10 min drive. Room was clean and service was good. Shower at times had a pressure issue but otherwise good.

We stopped here on our way through Canada for a night and it was a pleasure to spend the night in such a fancy hotel. The room was spotless and the bathroom was very eco friendly as well as beautiful! We stayed for breakfast the next morning and it was great for a quick grab and go. The service desk was able to communicate with us in English even though the area was very French speaking and there were several restaurants across the parking lot within easy walking distance. We had excellent WiFi service in our room and there were many conveniences that would have been nice for a longer stay as well. Things like a mini fridge, an iron, a closet and a desk would be helpful for family or business stays.
