Super clean, comfy beds, quaint rooms, wonderful staff. Lift, breakfast, free coffee in lounge downstairs. Parking pass to parking facility. Pick up and drop off space outside hotel. Close to town, pretty parks and streets.

Excellent location near the Citadel and the Plains of Abraham in upper, old town. Staff was very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Beautiful old building. The location is fabulous. Our room was large and everything we needed. Very quiet. We did not hear any outside noises. Staff is very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Staff, breakfast, and rooms were excellent. Rooms were cold and though it had an electric fireplace its heat element was disabled. You can't control your rooms heat. I heard other guests also complain. Staff did give me an electric blanket. Its located close to everything. Had a beautiful view of the park. There was an elevator which was great for my husband who is having issues walking but there is no on site parking. There is a garage a few blocks away.
