Well 3 stars are just for the location. Other that that do not have any hopes on the hotel other than that it's just a room where you can go and sleep.

We saw an insect but didn't bothered about it, turns out it is infected in bedbugs!! Came back home with bedbugs bites everywhere

Location was excellent, very close to the port and the Citadelle. The staff was nice and helpful. Parking is conveniently close to the hotel. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is IMO

I love the area where the hotel is located! I love the fact that there is free parking! The service is great and the room was big. Please do not expect some fancy amenities but expect a great experience of being in Old Quebec. Bring your own hair dyer since they do not have it there. I will be back
