We loved our stay in The Loft! Great space....so roomy and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and useful. The views were awesome the location was amazing!
The beds were a little hard for us but me slept! The futon was really uncomfortable but again, it was usable.
The staff was AWESOME...Very responsive and helpful.
Breakfast was an issue for me because of food allergies. I wish there were some options that weren't dairy, egg, or wheat!!
Everything else was wonderful and we want to come back!!

We stayed at your hotel because we were joining in-laws who recommended it and we were in adjacent rooms. The rooms were a decent value, but we normally stay at the St. Germain, which is more expensive and much more luxurious.
Next visit we're inclined to a room that is superior to your "superior"
On the plus side we found your location to be more central and more appealing.
Of the negatives, that room had a tiny bathroom with a midget toilet. And I couldn't reach the toilet paper dispenser without dislocating my shoulder.
Overall we had a pleasant stay in your pleasant city..

We love the place and the location was amazing. Valet parking was great and they were very accommodating in storing our luggage after check-out. My only complaint is that I had specified there would be one couple and 2 singles staying, but there were no sheets provided for the couch. Otherwise all was fantastic. The breakfast and the gourmet coffee machine were great! Thanks so much! We would definitely stay again, hopefully for a longer time next visit!

The only thing that was a bit of a negative was the maid service. One day they came so late we were back in our room after a long day of walking tourism and they did not come in. We needed towels changed so they just handed them to us through the door and we had to hand them our used towels. The next day I asked for our room to be cleaned and it was. Then the day after that they did not come at all. But the following day they did again. There was no credit to our account because of this lack of service even though if you request no service (which we did not) you would get a credit. That was a minor thing overall compared to the great location the hotel was in. We stayed for 5 nights and were able to walk everywhere we needed. They kept our luggage for a few hours while we waited for our departure time and they called a taxi for us. Good service that way. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was in celebration of her 21st birthday. I hope to come again with my husband sometime and we will more than likely stay at your hotel again - because of the terrific location.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed the 24/7 coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again. Things that could be improved: I do wish the bathroom had better ventilation as it felt like the towels never fully dried. Also, I think having a weighted shower curtain liner that is made of vinyl (or another water resistant material) would better help avoid spills in the bathroom.
