We had such a wonderful stay. We stayed for 5 nights the room was so clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and bilingual, which helped because our French is terrible. They also gave us a bus schedule which was nice we didn't have to drive to old Quebec it was an easy 20 minute bus ride which picked us up right out front and brought us right downtown to old Quebec. Brought us back on same route. Everything was so close by and there's even restaurants in walking distance, aquarium is a 10 minute walk down the hill. We will be staying here again when we come to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality:)

Very clean room. Newly renovated by the look of it. Very nice washroom and stand up shower. Large LED TV, refrigerator, free WiFi. Very short distance to old Quebec city. Multiple restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Metro grocery store right next door as well which is very convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Quebec City. Very highly recommended. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful regarding any questions.

Experience has been great; our family got adjoining rooms at no additional cost. The staff have been wonderful, having one of our doors fixed that repeatedly didn't want to open with cardkey. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish. The hotel is directly across from a major highway for the convenience of traveling to all the major tourist attractions, but you cannot hear the traffic luckily. The hotel also provides a shuttle to town if you prefer. Haven't tried the restaurant yet, but sister said the options were good and she enjoyed her breakfast very much!

this was the best place to stay - i had originally booked this best western for 1 night and was going to stay 'downtown' the next night. When i was checking i the front desk girls informed us that they offer a free shuttle back and forth to town- also gave us knowledge of how to get around and places to go. We cancelled our stay in town and couldn't have been more pleased. We saved money on hotel and parking, and they upgraded us to a balcony. If you want attentive and knowledgeable front end staff and also rooms that are comfortable in the temperature and comfy beds---This is your place to stay!!!
