J'ai réservé un taxi quelques jours à l'avance pour une cliente dont le départ était à 3h du matin une première fois, ce qui m'a incité à faire de même pour une autre client, pour 6h du matin cette fois. Dans les 2 cas, c'était direction aéroport et dans les 2 cas, après vérifications auprès desdits clients, ce fut ponctuel et courtois.

Terrible service par la Dispatch. Appeler à 5ham pour un taxi à 5h45. 6h am le taxi n'est pas arrivé. Je rappel et reparle à la même dame. Elle mentionne que je n'ai jamais appeler et qu'elle n'a jamais pris de réservation.....

Called and asked if the dispatcher knew English (yeah stupid but I've never been to QC) said he only speaks French (in English) and hung up. Wouldn't answer my phone when I called back. Being A dick is fine but not when you trying to get business lol.

Last time i called for a taxi, no body showed up. I nearly missed my flight!!! I was lucky that I managed to grab another taxi quickly
