Hands down the best dining experience we had in Quebec City. Maybe because we had personal attention from the owner Louie but we did not know him and he treated us like royalty.
He owns the butcher shop down the street so anything with smoked meat or sausage was excellent.
The best dish I ate was snails, clams and anchovies on bread. It's tastes as good as as it sounds.
A wonderful place with great people. You won't have a better time in QC.
