All their beers are made in house and they have a wide selection for everyone’s taste. They do flights of 8 samplers, and we got the last four to try them all. They have darts and a wide variety of board games, a great escape on a cold and windy and rainy October afternoon.

La Barberie has a great patio. There is plenty of seats, benches and even Japanese-esque floor seating with lots of cushions. They were willing to get creative with their brews and we found them to suit their feel and location. The server was friendly and came around just enough. We really enjoyed our time here.

Really great ambiance and decor. Service is excellent, with a very knowledgeable barman who's interested in knowing your story and if you like the drink serviced. I liked all the beers I sampled (the triple belge, the hefeweizen and the west coast IPA). They all have a complexity and depth to the taste. I would recommend letting your choices be guided by the barman - you won't be disappointed by the beer here.
