From the first call to the ultimate replacement of a leaky pump, Chris and his staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend The Hot Tub People for any hot tub maintenance and / or repairs! Great job!

When we arrived at our cottage yesterday afternoon we discovered our hot tub motor #1 (heat and circulation) was dead. (Thank God for the timing as it is before any major freezes.) Called "The Hot Tub People" Thursday and got an immediate call back from Chris. 9 AM this morning they called and the service folks will be here today with a rebuilt motor and repair for this week end. We have been major fans of The Hot Tub People, Zorro, Chris and company since we bought our tub from them about 5 years ago. They are simply the best!
We're feeling very blessed!

Just upgraded from 6 person spa to 13 foot party swim spa.Great for relaxing, swimming and exercising. (Got full trade value as old spa was only 1 month old from different competitor). Every employee was able to answer all my questions and they bent over backwards to include lots of extra stuff and free delivery (no curb side drop). Thanks everyone(too many names to mention) Rob and Ruby. Peterborough.
