Brought our poor dog in late at night and in my state of distress could barely get out what was wrong. The entire team acted swiftly and thanks to their prompt, calculated treatment and compassion they saved the life of my four legged best friend who was going into acute kidney failure. Over our four days stay every member I dealt with treated our dog with love and let us sit with her for hours while she slept hooked up to her IV. Thank you again!

Amazing team! Obviously a very stressful experience to have your pet at an animal emergency hospital but, the staff made us feel at home and it was clear that our dog was in good hands. Would recommend!

We recently had to bring our cat in late at night. The staff were helpful, supportive, informative and so empathetic. We really appreciated how well they looked after our cat and how they went above and beyond to give him best treatment and to help us through the ordeal. They are awesome! A big thank you in particular to Dr Lynne who is amazing and really helped us with her kindness and expert knowledge. She made one of the hardest ordeals of our lives easier.

received hope immediately once it was brought in so far the treatment has work great and seem to hold up well every time we return for up great on meds no question ask and we are given thorough details , best doctors and service the prize is right--- thank you he's still alive (Bretty is the name of the lovebird

The overall service at this place is great. Everyone is friendly and makes you and your pet feel right at home.
I visited once with my pet, and have had a couple phone interactions with receptionist staff there.
My only criticism would be that the two different reception staff I spoke with seem confused and a little uneducated, but were both very kind and sought help as needed.
My visit was on a long weekend, so as expected my time spent was about 3 1/2 hours, but staff was very apologetic.
