Extremely happy! I was very nervous about getting filler done but I do not regret it one bit. Dr. Michon got rid of my under eye bags that had aged me ten years. I feel like a new person!
Dr. Michon is a genius and very talented at what he does. He's also personable and understanding. He took great care with me, showed me before and afters and had lots of patience to help me make the right choice without pressure. My visits were truly enjoyable.
I also had a small procedure (dermabrasion) with the staff and they are equally as nice. Each staff member treats you with kindness and respect.
I highly recommend going here and will definitely be back.

Great service here! Everything went amazing and after a hydro facial there is an amazingly noticeable difference in my skin.

Very nice staff and environment, however my main concerns were not addressed, and any follow-up questions I had were answered vaguely and sounded like she wasn't quite sure what she was talking about. The parking situation is also horrendous. I give it 2 stars just because they were nice and the clinic itself is pleasant and I felt like information was seriously lacking.

I found out about Ottawa Skin Clinic At the Wedding Show that was held at the EY centre. I filled out a ballot and happened to win a customized facial. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the cleanliness. They were prompt and I did not wait at all to be greeted and offered something to drink. The facial itself was amazing. Ottawa Skin Clinic took the time to learn about my skin and what I hoped to improve. The time and attention to detail that was taken, shows their passion and respect for each client. I received a massage, and extractions were performed. It was unlike any facial I had ever received. Give Ottawa Skin Clinic a try, they will not disappoint. They offer an array of services suited to every clients need and even offer a free consultation. I plan on returning and have already referred friends and family.
