I've been a loyal client of LYS (Love Your Skin) since they first opened. I've had all my laser treatments and could not be happier with my results. LYS offers so many services and their staff is so friendly and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

I've been going here for a little over a year, and the staff has consistently been very friendly and accommodating! I was very anxious when I first started, but the friendliness and conversations that struck up during sessions made it a wonderful experience, not to mention the wonderful service of the cafe in the level below. I absolutely did not feel like a stranger here.

BEWARE. Ms Antonella Di Brizzi owned or co-owned Neoderma, a medically supervised aesthetics clinic, which she ran out of an office on Broadview. It then moved to a location on Somerset St. I was a client of Neoderma on and off for several years. I would periodically receive emails about specials, the move to Centretown, etc. I had paid for 12 months of treatment and tried to get ahold of the clinic to continue my treatments (approx. $800), but the phone number didn't work. I then found out that the web site was gone, etc. There was no warning or email about the closure. This is behaviour I wouldn't tolerate from anyone, but especially not a spa like this. It is now called LYS SPA and she is the owner. If a 'midnight move' and a trail of clients who are owed treatments/ $ is ethically ok for her, then I would have serious trouble trusting her with my money.
