Prices were average, food was average service was acceptable. Server was bilingual, which was a bonus. The location is excellent and there is lots of parking within a short walk.

The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the ribs. The flavour was good, but attention to detail could also use some improvement - proper saucing and heating techniques could be better applied. Again, it all worked out to an average experience, but there are obvious areas that have potential for improvement to bring it above average.

Sublime seafood chowder, though a small portion. Ok pizza. Staff was friendly but distracted and forgot us for a while.

Its a nice place too bad the service is really slow. Took 25min to get drinks...
