This hotel is not a typical North-American Hotel, but rather an old home well kept with heterogeneous rooms. That being said, it is nice, cozy, friendly, very generous and sound and thermal isolation is adequate. However, parkings slots are limited and breakfast is not included, and must be ordered early the day before

Bring some one strong because you are going to need to carry everything up the stairs. No elevator here. Very nice place

I have stayed in alot of hotels through out Canada , but the Swiss hotel really made me feel like I was at home . My room was very clean and cozy. The Staff was great and friendly, The Swiss decor is second to none. with all the amenities of a big name hotel but with the comfort of being at home. I highly recommend The Swiss Hotel to anyone visiting downtown which is a walking distance of all the great attractions

Fantastic place. Quiet, very clean, and the staff is super friendly. Walking distance to many attractions. Would 100% recommend.

Unique little family owned hotel. Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, convenient location. We stayed in the 210 sq. ft. superior room with fireplace place. It was a perfect size with appealing modern decor. The fireplace came in handy during the surprising cold March weather. There is also an iPad in every room. We will definitely book this hotel again for any future visits to Ottawa.
