The service has been so fantastic, they made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions in regards to my hair loss! Finally made a decision to move forward with the hair transplant! Great decision, I feel SO good about myself.

I contacted this salon through their website and let them know that I had lost my hair due to chemotherapy. They offered me a free consultation and once I was there, told me there was nothing they could do to help me as I lost my hair due to cancer treatment. They then sold me a wig- a very expensive wig that was non-returnable. I have bought other similar wigs online for a fraction of the cost.They profited based on my vulnerability and then when I complained replied "What did I expect?". I expected to get help for my hair loss and they mislead me.
