Dentists and assistants are very good. Admin staff is beyond incompetent. They submitted my claims to the wrong address twice, spell my name wrong every time I am there and most recently cancelled my claim submission by mistake. I am leaving this place for good.

Best dentist ! Had to have many cavities taken care of and a crown . He made the experience as comfortable as possible and my crown looks identical to my actual teeth. His whole staff always made me feel special. I would recommend Dr. Ducharme in a heartbeat.

Snooty to the T, one no show and my son's account was closed, they won't reopen wow, I'm good not dealing with snobs

They make going to the dentist fun! Always great professional and personal service. I never feel rushed and any questions I have are answered to my satisfaction. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

Been going for years and the one time I'm 10 minutes late because of oc transpo and traffic on bank street was 2 minutes away making it 20 9pm apoitment was for 2pm was told I owe 50$ and they couldn't see me so i got off the bus and went home nice hour and 20 min bus ride waisted for nothing and I've been 10 minutes late once before and it was no problem now today wow and now am stuck in the heat I won't be going back there was a great place until today..not impressed
