Our puppy was stung by a bee and caused her face to severely swell up. After taking her to our regular vet, she was given meds to help the swelling go down. After a few days, the swelling had gone down around her face, but we noticed a bump on the top of her head starting to swell. At first it was just a small bump, that we assumed was the initial sting site, but it continued to grow. It had reached the size of a tennis ball and was causing her eye to swell shut because it was so big. We took her here at 1am, and within 45 minutes, we were on our way home with no more tennis ball on our puppies head! They ended up shaving a patch on her head so they could drain the abscess and our puppy instantly felt so much better. We are so thankful they are open when no one else is as we were really starting to panic. Zola (our puppy) was so well taken care of. There is a $170+tax fee just to be seen by the doctor, but in my opinion, worth every penny.

My cat Princess is doing much better after a late night trip to the vet. After being lethargic for most of yesterday, I managed to get her to eat something and take the antibiotics early this morning and she is much more lively. The staff was wonderful and lovely. A special thanks to Dr. Spencer for looking after her :)

The phone call and intake were kind and encouraging. However, we were left in an exam room to wait for 2+ hours with no updates or information while we worried about our frantic sick dog. We asked & were told that another dog was in critical condition (NOT OURS) and this was the holdup. We asked if we should just take her home and she said she'd ask th dr but still no one came. I think they were holding out for their steep fee but did not offer and customer service in the meantime. Go somewhere else and ask about the wait time.

I love the service here and the care they have shown our sweet Benjamin. The receptionist was super friendly and she had the most adorable 4-legged assistant named Daisy. She helped to cheer us all up in the waiting room.
