I was so very happy to learn that Marca is back in Whitby and better than its 1st location!
The food is ultra fresh and prepared with skill and attention to detail.
Salads crisp flavourful, and the pasta is home made like my BFF's Nona used to make.
This is real Italian food, not what is usually found in most Whitby establishments.
Yes I have tried them all. Marca's veal tender and perfectly cooked. My husband shared as the portion was huge! Eat...but save room for dessert.
Last night the second floor was treated to live music. I so enjoyed the quality of the performers. They shared the joy of well loved music with the room. On a cold February night we were well fed, and cared for. Will we be back? Of course!!!

Have been going to this once great place for an intimate dinner, weekly.
Service is very good. The food quality has gone downhill since fall 2013.
Entrees now seem microwaved and/or are served luke-warm.
Tired, overcooked veggies.
Had potential..wish quality was back to its heyday.

Discovered this by accident. My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat in Whitby.
Found a Chinese place with good reviews. Walked by it, no one there, saw Marca's.
Lots of people having a good time. Good indicator.
Food great, the service matched. Prices reasonable.
Will return.

A wonderful dining experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and fairly priced. Service was good, and we'll definitely be back. Cheers!
