Dr. Will has been an integral part to overall health in recent months. I have been going to a chiropractor for over 15 years and have not felt the long-lasting relief that I do as after a visit to Dr. Will. A long time ago I was in a car accident where I was T-boned and it left me with lasting discomfort in my lower back, chiropractic care was the only thing to bring me relief. After a visit to Dr. Will my lower back pain not only goes away but the discomfort stays away for longer than any other chiropractor has been able to achieve before. Like in all industries there are those at are good at their job and those that are great at it, Dr. Will treatments and services are the best I have ever experienced.

Will is one of the best chiropractors that I have ever seen! I injured my back more than three years ago and he's been able to solve my issues almost instantaneously. As long I don't fall off of the band wagon, I'm on a regular schedule ensuring a good maintenance program. He'll even listen to my crazy talk and issues; like a built in mini therapy session!

After over a decade of treatment elsewhere going to this clinic gave me the answers to my chronic pain caused by FAI. Will, Emerson, and Sheryl answered my questions thoroughly, changed treatment as necessary, and did their best to help me manage my pain without ever rushing me. Talking with Emerson and Sheryl during appointments put things into perspective and alleviated my fear of surgery. I am very grateful they were all there for me and couldn't imagine a more compassionate team. My daughter was treated to Sheryl for a shoulder injury and had the best experience. Can't forget to thank Tracey also.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and take time to listen to your questions. Emerson is very supportive and caring as was Sheryl(she is greatly missed) Emerson always takes time to ensure that I understand the value of maintaining the exercise program on the days I am not at physio. Before, during and after my surgery the entire staff were very supportive.

Whitby Mall Physio and Chiropractic would not be what it is if it wasn't for Sheryl and Emerson. They are the absolute best team. They are patient, caring and show each individual the most compassion. I loved working with them. Emerson has completely healed my shoulder and am now pain free. Sheryl always makes sure patients are doing their exercises and gives them well needed nudges when needed. I know all her patients miss her and can't wait for her return. Hurry and come back Sheryl, Emerson needs you and so do we!
