I am in my second session of Gidget's boot camp classes & loving my results! A different workout each time and always targeting different areas and lot of cardio too! Highly recommended !

Gidget is a phenomenal inspiration to us all. She is a great motivator, assists is us achieving our goals, whatever they may be. Gidget is passionate about the service she provides and takes great pride in teaching us the proper way to work out without harming ourselves. I strongly recommend.

Gidget is wonderful. She's a pro that feels like a friend. She gets the job done - and finds room for encouragement. She is constantly adapting, and updating the program to maximize results. A great experience that keeps me coming back. Glad she puts up with me :)

I loved working out with Gidget. She is very professional and knows her stuff but what I loved the most was the personal relationship that we developed. Each session was like working out with a close friend, the hour would go by quick as we chatted about life the whole time.

I started off with Gidget in personal training, and it was great. We worked hard ...well I worked hard : ) but got in some laughs here and there. I felt challenged and encouraged every time. Now I am attending her boot camps and happy that I am still getting in a great workout. I still hate cardio, but enjoy her routines anyway!!! And appreciate her cheering me on.
