The reunion was great but it seems the services got worse as night went on... they ran out of Canadian.. who runs out of Canadian??
As the night progressed the staff started ignoring pateons. We were in first booth closest to where their bar has opening for wait staff enter and exit.... When hubby finally got the attention of the bar to order his last beer they acknowledged him but then everyone (behind bar) who knew he wanted to order walked by empty handed to booths and tables behind and beside us. Completely ignoring us. I hollered to a waitress as she was walking by.. she took order and still took another 10 minutes. Oh and your booths seats cause people to slide forward . I had to anchor myself using table leg in order to not fall under table.
Nachos were good and decent price for amount.

Jeff that works in the kitchen refuses to make food for the customers and verbally abuses the servers. He claims he's the kitchen manager too. If this establishment want to succeed he needs to be fired. However server Tami is a pure sweetheart and does everything she can to keep her customers happy.

Short staff tonight, but this is not regular for them. Good food for an arena bar.

Terrible service. Rude managers. Cold food. Waited 2 hours and only received 1/3 of our food and left. So terrible beware!!

Assistant manager Janeen (?) was incredibly rude. We had a large group in for a tournament. They were well aware of the scale of the tournament and expected attendance but ill prepared they had one server for 15 at a table. I went in and advised them of our timeline and requested help for our server. After more than 2 1/2 hours most people left with their food in containers. Janeen came out while our server scrambled alone and demanded she pick up ready food. I told her to get available staff out with it. She said there was none. I told her she could do it as she stood there empty handed. She said she wasn't free with incredible disdane. She glared at me and walked away. Food was burnt. Servers are thrown to the wolves and the managing staff is ignorant to customers, even when those customers are offering help and trying to facilitate the process. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!
