Enjoyed sitting on the patio the other day.

Not sure if they still have the type of costumer service that kicks people out for personal gain or not... and upon asking for a manager, the same waitress that you want to complain about claims to be the manager and refuses to give her name... We wanted to complain because she said I've been banned from another royal oak on my very first visit to any Royal Oak and after trying to order a few drinks and her insisting we can't stay there I said "fine we'll leave but only if you admit you've been lying about me being banned from another royal oak" and to my surprise she goes "fine, I lied."
Absolute worst experience at any restaurant. We probably had to leave because we only wanted to order drinks when a bigger group of people walked in and the place was full.
Nevertheless, most disgusting way to treat costumers, never again am I stepping in any disgusting Royal Oak.

Very friendly staff, quick with drink orders. Always coming around asking how your doing. Great wing special, a little smaller wings than I would've like but the sauce options were good. Their medium saucepan is basically a hot sauce so be warned.
