Called for a cab 20 minutes in advance, never showed, so I was late for an appointment! Disappointed.

Absolute Zero level of stars. Truly the most appalling cab company I have ever dealt with. Over 45 minute wait at 11am. Called twice. Both times they said "Oh, its just right around the corner!" Thanks to the worst cab company in North Bay, I missed my bus back home for Thanks Giving. Nobody EVER use their rides. Once the Cab showed up, the driver said all old people and Muslims should be euthanized during the trip.

They know that a client is ripping off people and the driver of a silver mini van is involved. Just spoke with a dispatcher who confirmed this.
