I heard of the terrible service so I gave em a call and asked about the portions and instead they just told me the price no matter how i phrased it. like you have to know what "how big is this meal" means, you cant fake that you don't; especially when you've used those words separate from each other. To top it off the menu online has not been updated to their new prices.
I opted to not even test it when they cant handle the easy parts of customer service. As a restaurant manager I find this inexcusable.

New to North Bay thus decided to try this take-out. No website, this is certainly a red flag but I opted to continue by using their menu on google search. First let's start with service, I called and they confirmed that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived on time and had to wait more than 15 minutes. When I arrived home, we realized that they forgot the sweet and sour sauce for our chicken balls. I called and they said no problem come and get your sauce. I suggested that maybe I should be receiving a gratuity for my time ( 30 minutes back and forth). WOW, she offered 2 free egg rolls. I arrived for my sauce and waited 5 minutes, being impatient, I yelled that I was arrived for my sauce. A lady's voice responded that she will be with me shortly. Another 4 minutes passed, I then yelled that my family was waiting for the sauce which helped as she then immediately came with my sauce. Score for client service is zero.
Food was awful, the egg rolls had practically no fillings, and were cooked with an old oil as it had a bad after taste of something else. Chicken balls were hard on the outside and rubbery inside with just a small amount of chicken. Both rice were good and the szechuan beef was not spicy. Score for food was a 1, would recommend this establishment if you would only order their rice. Not sure how they are still in business but they have certainly lost mine.

The best Chinese food in town. Always fresh. Delicious. Great prices, fast friendly service. The only place we order from!

Horrible !! I order chicken low main last week and then ordered the same thing tonight and there was a ball of hair under my noodles inclduing the fact that it was no were close to the same that I got last time I called to let them know that it wasn't the right stuff man go so rude with me and telling me I dont know what I'm talking about... And all I wanted was for him to just send his driver back to see the difference witch is clearly visible..

Hands down the best Chinese food in North Bay! Everyone I've ever introduced to it agrees. Don't know what some of the other reviewers mean about bad service. Never had a problem in 10 years. Order for pickup is friendly, fast, affordable. Just excellent food!
