The staff in this Shopper's Drugmart predicated their services on kindness. This kindness did not mean just giving you your medication while you wait. Its a kindness that's predicated on Respect, Honesty, Understanding and putting your Health and wellness first.You could not have asked for a better pharmacist like Alice and her team.

Pharmacist owner Curtis Latimer is kind, helpful, proactive, and honest. Other pharmacists are so-so. Pharmacy counter staff are amazing. Willing to be flexible within reason and limits of prescriptions to make sure people get the medication they need in a hectic and sometimes unpredictable world. Call doctors offices to verify possible errors or missed interactions. Great at requesting refills or substitutions. Rest of the store was originally very dated and grungy, but after the renovations, it's clean, bright, spacious, well stocked including most basic grocery items, and hundreds of items on sale every day except holiday long weekends. Great hours. Checkout staff average to good. (No contents on beauty/fragrance/makeup section.)
