While the atmosphere is clean and friendly, the customer service is lacking in the communication department. None of the employees I've met over the years there had English as a first language( Not that this is normally an issue). Every visit to this location ends up leaving me slightly frustrated and double checking my sandwich.
Today's visit I had asked to order a sandwich and substitute turkey for ham and add sauteed onions. After confirming 3 times with the employee that they had added these items, I yet again found that none of the changes were made. There was no other customers in the store and had 2 employees come over to make the sandwich. They both looked confused when I asked them about the substitutes but shook their head yes and told me they had added the ingredients.
As this is at least the 3rd time that this has happened I would recommend ordering a basic sandwich.
The food there when made correctly though; is very tasty and delicious, I just normally leave slightly disappointing when it wasn't what I asked for.

No choice of toppings for sandwiches. Poor seating of environment. No napkins. No cutlery. The salad was all lettuce.

Went in to claim a free small sub after downloading the app, was told I couldn't claim it because one per person.
I had claimed one the day before on a different device and different account.
As I tried to explain that to them they denied it.
They ended up throwing out a sub that they made for me because of their own ignorance for how their app worked.
The food almost always has salmonella as well, nothing is ever cooked properly and they need to be shut down.
By far the worst quiznos in Canada. Perhaps the universe. ..

I went in to take advantage of a promotional offer of one free small sub for any purchase for downloading the Quiznos app on my android device. When going into said establishment where many co-workers had established it worked as intended and they got their free small sub, I proceeded to try and purchase a small item; to which the manager and employee present said they would not honor the promotion unless I purchased an item of similar or greater value; I proceeded to point out in the app, it says ANY PURCHASE in the small print, and they told me because they are independent owners, they can deny any promotion as they see fit. I proceeded to ask for the Quiznos complaint number and was denied that as well, finally at their checkout, I pointed out one last time on the screen of their register's front counter, it says in letters "*Free Small Sub with ANY Purchase" and once again was denied. I left unsatisfied, and quite upset. I havn't gone to Quiznos in years and they just lost an attempt at making a new customer. I'll also be telling all my friends and co-workers as well that this particular sandwich shop will not provide advertised goods even on their own screens.

Quiznos is by far my favourite sub place but I've stopped coming to this location because they basically gave me a bun sandwich with no filling leaving me hungry and disappointed.
