Food is absolutely terrible and quite pricey. The Manhattan salad was just cut up lettuce and Caesar dressing. Pizza was even worse. People who say that it's the best pizza have obviously never had pizza before. Frozen pizza tastes 100x better than this. The crust is some kind of pre cooked frozen disc that tries to resemble something edible. Why is this place called New York pizza?? Their pizza is nothing even close to New York style. I doubt you can even legally call this pizza. Really ironic how they have a big sign saying "voted best pizza in nanaimo" because it is the worst pizza I've ever tasted.
Save yourself a stomach ache and eat somewhere else!

Prices are a wee bit high but the food was tasty. Live electric piano music would have been more enjoyable if it was not so loud. Friendly staff.

We have always wanted to try this pizza place and finally did. The pizza looked amazing until you had a bite..not very tasty. My child had a kids meal and went with plain nachos with cheese...
It cost a fortune compared to the size and was very bland. Despite seeing we did not eat hardly anything the waitress did not say anything to us.
The kids treasure chest at the end was AWESOME...big prizes and my son LOVED picking his toy. They had a man playing live music on his keyboard which we also enjoyed very much!!
