I went Bliss on Sunday and at the beginning I told the therapist that I have a back pain so be careful about the pressure and move, now its 2 days that all my pain has been back way way more than before and it gets way worse, and its all Bliss fault, if you guys don;t know how to do your job, you should not be there, you were suppose to be a help.

I love this place. I have been getting monthly massages at Studio Bliss for a few months, and may start yoga there soon. The massage therapists are excellent and very professional, the front desk staff is polite and friendly, and they are very organized and ready to do their best accommodate my last minute massage scheduling habits. Totally worth checking out!

Excellent spa and yoga studio!
The yoga teachers are amazing and every lesson is fully bilingual. Class sizes are small and the ambiance is excellent. It is the best yoga studio that I have ever been to, and on top of that, the massages downstairs are superb as well. They are registered massage therapists, so it is covered by some health insurances! There are some good packages where you can combine yoga and massage, so you can have top quality for a fair price! I love studio bliss :)

I've been going almost everyday for the past two weeks and I really appreciate it. The space is small enough to be personal (most teachers take the time to correct students' postures and I quickly felt a sense of familiarity), yet it's big enough to have a good number of options on the schedule. Love it :)

I never do google reviews, but I thought these guys deserved it. I think I've had something like 6 different massage therapists there and I have really loved them all. Very professional, thorough, and they clearly care about targeting the areas you want them to. Not outrageously priced either. The studio is calm and comfy but not so fancy it's intimidating--a real escape from the bustle of the city. I found out about this place from a coupon in my Concordia orientation kit and I'm sure glad I did!
