Not a trustworthy business. I went in as a walk-in and requested a massage and access to the spa. The girl at the front desk said they had an opening in the afternoon with a woman. I confirmed again that it would be a woman, and she even gave me the woman's name. When it came time for my massage I had been booked with a man, not my preference. I canceled and was willing to pay only for the entrance to the baths, but was refused a refund except through gift card. Now I am down $100 to spend an hour in a hot tub that was not very clean.

Unprofessional staff (especially the front desk) who did not have our reservarion and then claimed we haven't paid despite the proof of online payment and double checking everything via phone a day before. All that being conducted in a cold manner without a smile or an apology.
In addition I have never seen a spa with TVs in every room (seriously?!)... especially when one of them is losing signal every 2 seconds and creating light flashes. Not very relaxing.
Despite the good massage everything else is so poor in comparison to other spas in Montreal - what stands out the most is the lack of hygiene (tea stains on the chairs - yuck!)
Avoid!

Just spent the day there and came home sooooo unbelievably relaxed. They are so nice and accommodating. Very nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back and would definitely recommend.

My favourite spa in Montreal to date. Yes it's inside, but the layout is perfect. The baths are salted and not chlorinated, leaving my skin feeling soft and nourished. The staff are wonderful -- they are helpful while being the perfect amount of peaceful and serene. There is filtered water and dried fruits and nuts and apples to keep you properly hydrated and fed. If you're feeling really hungry they do have a simple, but good, menu to choose from. And if that's not enough, you are sure to be given a smoothie or two as you make your way around the circuit. The massages I've received there were delightful. I've even dozed off during a few and woke up unbelievably relaxed. It's not too expensive, and if you watch their site they often have specials. It's my perfect little haven for a mid-week treat.
