Went there to buy liquid and a new battery. I also bought the charger for the battery separated. I asked if that is all I need, being new to vaping. My battery works great for 5 days! Come back to their store with the battery, the same lady that sold me the battery in the first place (indian or arab origin) tries it and asks me : Have you been charging it in the wall with your own charger? Well Yes, you want me to bring my laptop computer everywhere with me or what? And then continues telling me that I can not do that and that I have to buy their wall mount charger... Keep in mind that I asked her the 1st time if that was all I needed. Never did she mention that the battery had to be charged in the computer only or with their wall mount charger! She wanted me to buy another battery! I just left frustrated. Went to another shop, downtown, on Crescent. Guy there more than helpful, told me that we don't need a wall charger, and that his clients have no problem charging their batteries with whatever extension they please. Said that the battery was faulty most certainly. Have been using a Eleaf iStick for 4 months now. charge it wherever I want and had no power loss nor any problems.
Conclusion : She lied to hide her defective product. I lost money. Will never set foot there again.

Great service and a lot of choice of eliquid flavors for ecigs compared to other vapeshops in Montreal.

Overpriced products and horrible service. There's nothing "laboratory quality" about their e-liquid. The picture of the "lab" on their site is a stock image and not their actual facility.
Sampled a few flavours and they are bland, single flavour mixes.
From the few minutes I spent there, it appears they are just a bunch of people with no experience cashing in on the e-cigarette trend.
Montreal has a long way to go before being able to compete with major Canadian and US vendors.

I was not comfortable with the idea of buying an electronic cigarette. I have been a chain smoker for the last 10 years, and have tried several remedies and medications to combat this unpleasant habit. On a friend's recommendation, I halfheartedly bought one from the supermarket. Initially it seemed a bad idea, but then I realized that it acts like a life-saver in some situations. In office environment, When my craving comes , I'd immediately switch on this device and trust me guys, it has always been capable of relieving my craving for a real cigarette.
