Was having a good time catching up with a friend until we saw a mouse crawling on the floor and then under our table. Finished our drinks quickly and left. Sat by the Rue McGill windows. Hopefully the mous doesn’t go to the kitchen often.

I always think I'm going to like this place more than I do. The beer is okay, it's not the greatest, but it's acceptable. The food is pretty standard pub food, the prices are more or less reasonable, and the services is usually pretty good. For whatever reason it just doesn't all come together though.

A good place for beer. Food is good salads were not fresh though. Dont order anything with Tuna! Good service and good for sports

Ordered a traditional hamburger and a cheeseburger with a friend. Menu options were very slim, not much choice but burgers. Both arrived cold, engulfed in huge bun, were bone dry and overcooked. The cheese was not melted at all. They arrived fairly quick which leads me to believe they were precooked. The fries, somewhere along the lines of McCain frozen fries, were also cold and portions were ridiculously small, nothing on the plate but the burger and a small metal tray of fries. Totally unacceptable for what turned out to be nearly $30 plus tax and tip just for the burgers. Beer was good and the service was also good but In a city known for it's burgers and quality food, I won't make this mistake again.

We stopped here before our first real day of exploring Montreal on foot. It was a great place for lunch! The staff were very friendly to us (I’m sure obvious-looking tourists), and we had a good talk about the place and what it’s like during the evening. We ordered the Bacon Mac and Cheese and a burger and split it. The burger was under-seasoned, but with the topping and Ketchup and Spicy mustard was good. The M&C was VERY good. Considering we were going to be walking for the majority of the day, we passed on the beer, but I loved the beer menu and several among the patrons had the beers. The waiter said their Poutine was exceptional, and we said we’d consider that if we had time later in the day (unfortunately we didn’t). Again, several tables had it and it looked really good. Definite recommendation from us. Friendly staff, a very good looking menu, and craft beer. How can you go wrong?
