Mediocre office building gym. Limited, basic equipment, little to no classes, simple facilities. Place is always clean though, and staff is pretty nice. They open early enough during the week, but weekend hours suck. Price isn't that great, but convenient if you work in the building. Meh.

Work floor above them and sick of hearing weights being dropped on to the floor. After multiple complaints nothing changed, looks like a gym with poor ethics.

Great gym with modern equipment including a cross fit room. Showers have been changed recently. Staff is super nice and clients are cool. Not too crowded either which is a big plus!
