Unprofessional, rude and impatient owner/manager who should not be in sales.
This is the store for you if:
- You like waiting half an hour to get seen to even though there are more sales people than customers
- You are happy to take a pair of shoes that don't fit because the owner got impatient after the second pair you tried on
- Talk in a whisper because the owner cannot tolerate noise
- Enjoy getting dirty looks if you bring in a kid who starts to talk (at a normal volume) to you while seated during your long wait to be served

The Sloths store. It is pleasant to see them taking time with a customer and helping BUT WHEN YOU HAVE 3-4 PEOPLE IN STORE WAITING FOR YOU, YOU HAVE TO RUSH OUT. Waiting near the customer when he has stupid question or simply is hesitating for 5 minutes, in not acceptable! When the store gets filled up, you rush and ask all customers about their needs in less than 5 minutes after they entered the store. Let me explain how to do: ask a customer what he needs, bring him a pair of shoes and spend 2 minutes with him, then quickly rush to the next customer. When the first customer has a question, go back to him. You know, I may have been driving for 40 minutes to get here, including 20 minutes being stuck in traffic. I don't feel like returning another time or having to wait 30 minutes for being served.

I had horrible service definitely not going again the service is so bad i was late at my work because of this shity place it took 20 Minutes to only get to cash

My Favorite Place in Montreal. They definitely have everything i need all the time and the service is amazing every time I go they are nice and wholesome. Prices are a little high but they are about the same price as any other Dance store in Montreal.
