I friend recommend me this place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer to your questions and helping with your poses. Classes are usually big, depending on the day an time you go. A must try in Montreal Dtown.

One of the best ashtanga yoga schools in Montreal and I have been to many of them, very effective and adapted to different levels and demands.
I am a quite demanding client and I am very satisfied.
