We get there asking for a non smoker room and they give us a room that reeks of cigarette smell with a sofa full of dirt and finger prints.
We go to the reception 3mins after paying to ask for a refund because we are allergic to the smell of cigarette. The receptionist didnt want to refund us and wanted to give us another room. Which we disagreed to considering
1- her lack of professionalism
2- her arrogance
3- the experience overall
and so remained firm that we wanted a refund
She then lied to us and told us that she is a manager there, but that she has no solution for us other than giving us another filthy room or putting us on a so called black list with a refund (which carole, the “manager”, had said was impossible in the first place.)
The room is filthy top to bottom and the staff, well what we saw of it, is mediocre.

Hotel rooms were updated and look nice. I first had a room on the first floor that was stinking of old tobacco smoke. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist was very kind and got me a nice room on the second floor. Breakfast was copious and good choice if foods. Very convenient parking.

Big mirror in room was definitely for a purpose, there was no pole in my room but there were in others. No shelf to put anything on in the shower, no plug near the bed. Probably all by design. Been in better, been in worse. Reasonable price for the time of year.

$285/nuit for a regular size room with a queen bed. Very expensive for what you get. Not even in a nice part of Montreal.
Check in through thick glass; not very welcoming. Had to wait 20 min because the room wasn't ready at 5 pm. Personnel is not very friendly.
Room itself is ok. Modern. However, there is no desk, no bathroom door, no place to put anything near the sink, plugs are not easily accessible, no alarm clock. And room smelled like cigarettes.
In short: I'll never stay there again.

First the clerk is protected by a thick window...
Really? I had to pay upfront and feel like I should have made some more research before booking there. 2 stars for the suite with a dancing pole. Definitely the kind of place to bring your mistress for a quickie. Do yourself a favor. Sleep in your car.
