Friendly and welcoming staff.
Convenient location but Ugly looking street
Small room
Weak wifi
Clogged wash basin
If you're coming with a lot of baggage, it is not the place to be. All rooms are upstairs and no elevator.
Good place to be if you're budget is low and you don't care about luxuries.
Staff are nice and approachable.

Great location. There is a dépanneur next door and a million restaurants just around the corner on Rue St. Catherine. We had a room with a balcony. It was clean, though small. No coffee or breakfast provided. No microwave in the room. The staff, Mike and Connie, were very friendly. Berri UQAM metro station just around the corner.

The perfect budget hotel in downtown Montreal. Very friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms (although small), and great location. For the price, this hotel is well worth it. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here last week, the overall experience is much better than what we thought, we booked two rooms for two nights. First of all, the location is just amazing, you can reach everything around this area. Also, the staff there are so nice and friendly. I think they have made a lot of progress, the room is clean and tidy. With this awesome price and location we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montreal.
