One of the worst guest services i have ever had. My roommate was sufferred from the bed bugs, I asked the from desk can we have the bed sheets change, she immediately said "NO".

A very solid experience overall, and a very reasonable price. The poutine from the hotel restaurant was tasty! Great cheese curds. Make sure to get one.

I called 4 times and and they say hey and the hang-up on me!
I always book10 to 16 rooms there as group,
I asked her " why would you hang up on me " she reply "we are busy" i replied back?
I know you are busy but why would hang up on me thats the question!
then later on she hang up on me!!
all I was trying to do book 16 rooms for This month and Next month!
They lost a good clients, I have small Tour business and I am getting busier then never..
Will never book with them every again.
I did in past and they were nice now i dont wanna them

Great crack spot! Lots of good drugs and girls for hire! Cops stay away too so you can spike up in your ride and slam away without concern! Cops only come when called for a specific reason and there are lots of distractions so feel free to rock out! Guests are friendly as long as you are or appear to be on the same page so i had no issue there but you may want to leave the kids at home.... Discreet and low pro they also offer hourly and weekly/monthly rates. Staff is accomodating and they have private security too! God bless Montreal!

The place is nice. The staff were friendly. It is a nice affordable place to stay. My only complaint is there are no extras at the front. I asked to buy a razor, and they didn't have any. I would assume that would apply to toothbrushes and other bathroom stuff. I think they should have a little cupboard store,. But there is a convenience store across the street. I would stay again.
