Not even one star for the service, personal is insolent, they prefer to speak together to have fun than receiving customer !!!... Customer service is ZERO, ZERO and ZERO !!!... Good Luck Chef and staff !!!...

Absolute ripoff! I asked them to scan 3 documents and to put them in my USB drive and they charged me almost 11$ I mean 11$ for three scans and 30 seconds of work, and when I was complaining to the cashier about the price she seemed like she didn't care and was almost ignoring me! Very very bad service, never putting my feet there again!

Worst service ever. Found the printer product I wanted online and check availability for the store-15 in stock. After not finding the printer on the floor I spent 20 minutes tracking down an employee. Totally understaffed during back to school week. Employee didn't see my product on the floor either and called another employee to retrieve it for me. Second employee looks around on the floor again, tells me it's not there and anyway, the toner is more expensive than the printer so why would I want that product anyway. I ask what would be a better option in a similar price range and am told that nothing is better or worse it just is what it is. Employee then walks away. I was trying to spend money in this store and was totally ignored! Will never return!
