Food is okay, but service was HORRIBLE. When we arrived, the waiter was walking back and forth and didn't even look at us nor greet us. We waited for 10min while the restaurant was half empty.
Then, every time we ordered food, we were missing at least 1 or 2 plates; especially the weekends special. When we told them politely that there's some dishes missing, they look at us with unhappy faces as if we were the one at fault. Even after asking multiple times, the food never came. And then they arrived with it the moment we stood up and prepared to leave.
3 star for the food, but negative rating for the service.

Poor service, unhappy staff. Food is decent but buffet does not have many options. I will not recommend.

The service is very fast, food is really good. They renovated recently and the place looks awesome. I would totally come back.

Fair warning: save yourself and go somewhere else.
Let's keep this brief:
-I ate two pieces and couldn't continue.
-Had sushi from a buffet in Cuba that tasted better than this. Enough said.
-Forgot half our order.
-Waiter wiped his nose with his hand and proceeded to serve our plates.
-Most importantly, the manager had the audacity to chase after us to complain that we didn't tip enough. We had to explain that we were courteous enough to pay for the food that we could not force ourselves to consume and for the service that we did not receive.
All that to say, avoid if you don't enjoy getting accosted.

Been eating here for over 10 years and have yet to be disappointed.
Always fresh always tasty. Staff is pleasant and helpful in sellecting different dishes on the menu. Food is always A1 fresh and tasty try this Sushi Palace location you won't be disappointed .Whom ever I've invited to come eat here has made it their Sushi restaurant favorite as well .
