This location doesn't exist anymore. ACE Rent a car switched to Discount Car and Truck rental. It took me a while to find the location that busy morning I needed the car.
I reserved a compact car and they upgraded me to a huge SUV which was very hard on gas and difficult to park. I asked them if it was possible to drop the rental car to a different location and if there was a fee for doing so, the employee told me there was no problem, he never got back to me with a price. I never though that the fee would be greater than the car itself! They charged me 225$ to drop the car in Halifax and when I called back the same employee said that it was strange that no one gave me the rate and told me and I quote "make sure to ask next time, if there is a next time". No apologies, no empathy, Jesse simply didn't care or maybe wasn't trained properly.
Moncton failed remarkably, I gave them two stars because the customer service at the Halifax location was wonderful.
