I've been going to Derry Heights since 2010 with my 2 cats and dog and can honestly say I have zero complaints. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Any time I have an issue with my animals they are quick to accommodate me. Thank you Derry Heights!!

I just started taking my dog here after moving to Milton. The receptionists are extremely polite and they call you the next day even after regular shots to see how your pet is doing. The vet is knowledgeable and doesn't seem to try and upsell everything as I've noticed with some in the past. We've had no problem getting appointments either and they have very flexible hours.

This really is a great place to take your animals and they really are compassionate, and the prices are reasonable!

I had heard a lot of good things about this place so I decided to call and give it a try simply based on the fact that my usual vet was closed and my cat had to be checked ASAP as I think he developed a uti(which had been reoccurring). I called the vet and the receptionist was pretty rude. She straight up told me they don't have the time to look at my cat once I told them he had a uti. I insisted for them to just check at least to see if he's okay as A UTI can be dangerous for male cats and she asked the vet and came back and said "nope sorry we can't". I hung up and realized that this vet probably isn't where I'd want my cat to go when they don't even care about your animals health. I recommend Robinson because they actually have a nice staff and care about your pets health

Excellent vet....I called last minute to get an appointment for a dog I was dog sitting that was ill and they squeezed me in that night and provided me with everything I needed on the spot. Dr. Manjit Lotey personally called me the next evening to check in on how things were and whether or not there was improvement. His assistant was extremely helpful on the phone and very sweet and understanding with the dog during our visit. Thank you very much.
