Dr. Brian Watson is fantastic! We have been to many vets over several moves and he is the only one who has taken the time to explain how allergies/other skin issues arise and actually attempt to get to the root of the problem of our dogs’ skin issues. Instead of just giving antibiotics and sending us on the way, he recommended testing to figure out the underlying cause and spent more than an out with us examining our two dogs and getting a full history on them. Such a kind, patient and helpful man! Very thankful to have found him! He is great with our big German shepherd as well which is awesome as well 😄

These guys are the best. Dr. Parker takes care of my dog without rush and with so much care. They truly get to know your pet and remember your situation and needs thoroughly, making them prepared with each visit. The girls at the front desk are amazing as well!

My new puppy had her wellness check up today and the staff at Fairmont Animal hospital were so amazing!! They cared for my last dog for her nine years of life and I knew that when it was time to love another puppy that I would be going back to the same caring place. I could not be happier and highly recommend this animal hospital as it is so evident how much they love our furry family members!!

We started taking our animals to Fairmont Animal Hospital after our regular vet that we knew quite well and loved very much moved out of town to work elsewhere. We had heard that Fairmont was a great clinic and decided to check it out. Of course, we were a bit hesitant that we may not find the same great service that we had previously received from our other vet, but these fears were quickly abolished when we met Dr. Parker and the rest of the Fairmont Team. At the time that we started attending Fairmont, one of our dogs was dealing with some very complex medical issues. Dr. Parker was so kind, caring, and compassionate (along with the rest of the staff) fitting us in where needed, calling us to discuss the best treatments, and corresponding with specialists in Guelph to ensure that our sweet boy received the best care and quality of life possible. The time spent with us during vet visits far surpassed any of our expectations as Dr. Parker was very thorough and ensured that we always understood everything she was saying and gave us time to ask any questions we may have. We were never rushed with her at our vet visits.
Dr. Parker and the staff at Fairmont have continued to be the most kind, caring, and supportive staff/clinic throughout all of our multiple pet's needs. We have also met Dr. Wells in passing at the clinic, she is also so friendly and kind; it is clear how much she also cares about her clients (both pets and humans). I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. If you are trying to decide where to take your pets and where they will receive the best care, this is the place to go. Fairmont makes you feel like family. They not only care about your pets but they care about you too. Thank you so much, Fairmont for all of your wonderful care. We will absolutely be lifetime clients.

Fairmont Animal Hospital has the best customer service staff I've ever seen. The receptionists are extremely friendly, caring and always seem like they genuinely care about your pet. I cannot say enough nice things about the front desk ladies, and I am extremely grateful any time they give me advice in helping care for my dog. The vets are very good, our appointments are always very quick and efficient. Although fairly expensive, I am always confident that Kemba is getting the best care possible.
