Heather is the best! I came from the US looking for someone who knew what they were doing and what I was looking for. I tried 2 salons before coming here. Heather is a master in coloring and cutting! Her staff is amazing and super nice! I am impressed that they sell kérastase products. I would never go anywhere else! I am so happy with my transition into fabulous blonde Canadian hair!

A friend recommended STUDIO H Artist Group, and I'm so glad they did! The result was fabulous hair with a fresh new look that I absolutely love. I get so many compliments. I've been to many nice salons over the years, and have had great stylists, but my experience at STUDIO H was a step above. Heather knew just what I needed to update my look - with very little direction - and I am so glad I put myself in her hands! With my new hair and my G.Wave hair pieces, I feel like I look 10 years younger. The fact that Heather and her team are committed to environmental responsibility and green products, and ensuring that everything they use is safe, high quality, and non-damaging is incredible and appreciated.

I cannot explain how satisfied I am with this salon's expertise and work.
I went in today for a wash/cut/style, going to try out a new look, very worried about trying a new salon AND stylist, as I am not from London. I was placed for an appointment with the CEO, Heather Wenman, and it was phenomenal. The salon was gorgeous & modern, their supplies were clean & sterile, and the environment was positive and happy.
I was welcomed when I came in by all the staff, my coat was politely taken to be hung, and my arrival was acknowledged. They listened to what I wanted, and took their time doing my hair, it was not rushed at all.
I am really happy with the services I've received today result and price wise.
For my wash/cut/style it was only $56.94 and that was including my student discount. (Prices vary with your hair type/length of course, so don't depend on my pricing), but what I am stating is that the work is definitely worth the money spent. It was such a great experience for me as I was trying something new. I greatly appreciate the kindness, gratitude and compliments I've received from the staff and CEO.
Overall, I am very pleased and definitely will be returning for future cuts. This is my new go-to place.
Thank you to the staff & especially Heather for the great experience, I love my new cut, I couldn't be happier.

I cannot explain how satisfied I am with this salon's expertise and work.
I went in today for a wash/cut/style, going to try out a new look, very worried about trying a new salon AND stylist, as I am not from London. I was placed for an appointment with the CEO, Heather Wenman, and it was phenomenal. The salon was gorgeous & modern, their supplies were clean & sterile, and the environment was positive and happy.

Avoid this place at all costs! I've never been so disrespected by people I am paying to do a service for me. The owner was rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I called them the next day after I had talked with my family and friends about the hair colour and job they had done. They all agreed it wasn't well done and it looked like a 5 year old put a clip in my hair and went wild. They told me to come back in and they'd fix it. They not only charged me for it but they didn't fix it either! The upfront cost for the balayage was $250+ because of a student discount. The whole time they were "fixing" it they made me incredibly uncomfortable telling me how much I was wasting my money and their hard work. Ridiculing me for not liking what they did. I always thought that it was the customers opinion that mattered most. Apparently not here. They were badgering me all the way out the door telling me I should try on wigs before having my hair done. Who does that?! Moral of the story... save your money and time!! Don't go here.
