I had an excellent experience at Always Smooth today. Considering it was my first wax Nellie did a great job calming my nerves, was very professional, and made me feel really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends :)

Nelli and Debbie are amazing! They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

Had an issue with my neck recently, and the staff and service of Always Smooth were fantastic! Not only did they see me in short notice, but the massage solved my neck pain in no time at all. With the central location in London, the terrific staff and variety of spa services to offer, I would recommend Always Smooth any day!

This Spa is located in the same building as my office.. it is a place I frequent often! They offer extremely friendly staff, great customer service, a convenient location downtown and competitive pricing (especially for the quality).. I use them regularly for waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, massages and more and will no longer go anywhere else. I recommend them to my family and friends who also now go to the spa (my mother, best friends mother, closest friends and more!). They also did a geat job at my girlfriends bachelorette.. providing us with massages, manis and pedis making it a great girls night!
