Was there exactly 1 week ago on Tuesday. I was there with on of my friends. She was late getting there while I waited, I was asked by three different employees if I was waiting to be helped or if I was waiting for food. It's good they want to know what people are doing. Anyway, my friend ordered this salad with beets in it and she liked it. I ordered with the spaghetti bolginase because I wanted spaghetti and meatballs. There was only one but it was really big. But I wished there was more in it. Would of liked the basil to be cut smaller.

True italian food. The food is delicious. Even the gluten free pizza tastes amazing! Also very friendly service. Definitely will be coming back.

What a great find in London!! Delicious authentic Italian cuisine, trendy environment (Love The Rat Pack tunes they play here!), the dining area and bathrooms are clean, and a friendly, top notch staff and exceptional service. Keep those cappuccinos coming! And don't forget to get a gelato for dessert! I would eat here everyday if I could!

We had been there a couple times and being satisfied. But last time (a couple weeks ago on Sunday 5-6 p.m.), we experienced an awful costumer service there. A middle aged lady got my order which was a create your own pizza (half & half) with four toppings. When she wanted to enter the second half of pizza for some reason she told us you will be charged $1 for that. So I asked her to discard the second half and make it like first half! A regular 4 topping pizza! I also double check it because she seems confused about the computer application. But when we got the pizza it was a half and half pizza! First half was correct and the second one was a plain cheese! I told the other girl that it supposed to be like a regular 4 topping pizza, she left us and after 5 minutes the other girl came back with a 3 toppings pizza! This time, they forgot chicken! Finally after more than a half hour we got what we had ordered! And worst thing was they were complaining us due to their fault! However, The pizza maker guy was nice and apologized for what had happened! But all ladies there were rude. Myself nor my friends will return to this establishment because of the way they handled the complaint.
