Very helpful, very effective. The people were all very friendly and courteous and with the help of the new Alter G treadmill my sciatica disappeared totally.

I went to Lifemark to work through an L5 S1 injury in my back from earlier in the year. Physio was the alternative to a back surgery with less than optimal odds. With the personalized plan put together with Andy, tips Andy provided for when I went to the gym, and lastly exercise information emailed to me to help assist in my recovery I am in much better health now and we’ll on my way to recovery without surgery 👍👍

Lifemark Wortley has been my Physiotherapy clinic of choice for many years. Everyone I've encountered has been wonderful ! The office staff is friendly, informative and very efficient. Most recently I saw Josh and Claudia for treatment. Both were exceedingly kind, professional and knowledgeable. I've referred friends to this clinic and I would never entertain the idea of going anywhere else!

Claudia Willis was an amazing RMT. She explained everything she was doing and even introduced cupping, something I had never tried before. She told me about the different techniques she was learning and how she is always upgrading her skills to learn more to better help and provide comfort and relaxation. Highly recommend!

The staff at lifemark were absolutely amazing. I began going there for physio after shoulder surgery. Josh (and occasionally Andy) were my physios and I regained 100% range of motion, which I never thought was possible after the surgery. The staff are very caring, friendly and professional. Without their expertise I would have had to have a second surgery. I highly recommend Lifemark and am very grateful for the care they gave me.
